Idea

The Aster Guardians Global Nursing Award was conceptualized to recognize nursing excellence. We created a platform for nurses to share their journeys of compassion and for one nurse to win $250,000 on International Nurses Day.

Campaign Launch

We executed a 3-month campaign to allow every nurse globally to share their story and be a potential finalist. The campaign resulted in 25,648 registrations from nurses across 184 countries.
